Get ready for the Summerfest Rock 'n Sole event with our Training Run!

The training run is free for Rock 'n Sole registered runners. It will take place on Wednesday, May 16, 2012. Runners can begin their route anytime between 6-7pm. The route will begin and end at the Ronald McDonald house, 8948 Watertown Plank Rd, Milwaukee, WI. Runners are invited to stay after the run for a "carb load" dinner and refreshments.
